The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath……

“The lower bed was great to sit on and sleep on---very comfortable!! Although I did not have the opportunity to be acquainted with the roommates, nonetheless, they were both courteous and respectful. The room was slightly chilly---certainly Autumnal---the room was very comfortable and clean, and the room was not stuffy at all. A very restful experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a Bagel and Weetabix frosted cereal and lovely cold Peach Punch. It really filled the spot!! I enjoyed……

“Hidden Fees Scam
The room was big and the price was okay, but they had a hidden $10 parking fee. Some websites said $5, but nowhere did it mention $10 on weekends. We checked in on Sunday, and there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot, yet they still charged us $10.
Parking at Holiday Inn Express is almost always free for non-downtown location. This is the first one we’ve ever seen that charges for parking. If it were a football day, sure, but it wasn’t—it was a Sunday when even street……

“Property was not clean upon arrival. We got there later in the evening after a busy day. A management company tried to get a cleaning crew in there, but because of the hour were unable to and attempted to relocate us for the one night and then put us back in that location for the next night. Took it upon myself to wash the sheets and towels that were soiled from previous guest.
Luckily, there is a washer and dryer in the……
