「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「Just a wonderful clean quiet well run hotel.A wonderful pool and area around it.From reception to cleaning to bar staff all very efficient and friendly. We have stayed here before and just choose to go there annually because we have never stayed anywhere that betters it.」

「Sehr nettes Personal, da die Einfahrt zur Garage sehr eng ist wurde uns geholfen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt nicht direkt im Geschehen, aber trotzdem innerhalb von 5 min mittendrin. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht - würden nur beim nächsten Mal einen eigenen Föhn mitnehmen, der ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. :) 」

「We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is a five minute walk to the train station and a ten minute drive to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There are many shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. I would stay here again. 」

「Wonderful stay. My family stayed 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Short drive to beautiful beaches, short walk to town, but very quiet surrounding the hotel. Plentiful parking at the hotel. Washing machine in the apartment was VERY convenient as we were on a longer trip (you'll need to supply your own detergent - bring laundry strips, or there's a supermarket short drive away). 」

「Ruhige, saubere Hotelanlage. Die schönen Hotspots der Westalgarve in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet. Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings würden wir das nächstes Mal ohne Halbpension buchen. Es gibt Abends ein Menü, kein Buffet. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, konnte uns final nicht recht überzeugen.」

「We had an amazing stay. Our Junior Suite (301) was huge, clean, and really comfortable, with a big bathroom and balcony. Breakfast had so much choice. the bread rolls were delicious and fresh, though most of the fruit didn’t look fresh or was in syrup. That was the only downside. Portimão itself isn’t very lively (except for the touristy strip), but it’s easy to get to other coastal towns like Ferragudo, Vilamoura, or Lagos. The staff were super friendly. 「As a family, we decided that this was the best hotel we have stayed at - and we travel a lot. From the location in a private courtyard in the city centre to rooms and amenities. It is not often you have a hotel in the middle of a city, where they have managed a very private and secluded feel. The room was spacious and the cleaning staff paid attention to every detail.
