"LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however...

"Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience.
