The owners were extremely helpful in preparing us for our stay and were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. “We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! Overall, Turks and Caicos are definitely worth to see and experience.”

“Very clean property on Chalk Sound. The beauty of the sound & the dock with water access were wonderful. It’s very quiet & it is helpful to have a rental car at this location. Sopadilla beach is about 2 miles away as is Las Brisas restaurant (great salad & dinners). Also, give Que Bola, Little Havana (next door to Chalk Sound police dept) a try. Very clean establishment, with good food. Charming owners. They have dine in as well as take out. A little frustrating that we didn’t get check in……

“Property is very small and not in a convenient location. Continental breakfast is only a few pastries and croissants served at 8am. Not a convenient location. And golf cart they offer does not bring u to Grace bay ”

“Just an absolutely amazing experience. Such a beautiful, quiet setting. Small and quaint. The staff is amazing. Tiffany at check in. Marie helped with special arrangements. Robert and Peterson at the pool and Chesney is the best server. Food is amazing. Rooms are perfect. Staff and service so kind and gracious. Can’t say enough about this place. ”

“We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. We did rent a car for 3 days which allowed us to see more……

“Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic. Neptune villa has the most beautiful views and if you need away from people, they are the place for you. Be prepared to go get groceries or snacks before hand. The restaraunt on the……

“We had great communication with the host from the start. Everything was as described. The house was nice and spacious with beautiful views. Quick walk or bike ride to the The Bight beach. Beds were comfortable. It was really nice having a washer and dryer in unit and right across the street from the grocery store. The caretaker was helpful and around during the day. We had a great experience and would definitely come back to stay!”

“Beautiful rooms and landscape, but you will need to take a cab anywhere. The location is distant from beach and downtown. Cabs are very expensive (US$23 per person/anywhere) and only accepts cash. Please bring plenty of cash because ATM are ALL out of service in the island. ”
