「Overall, the stay went well, but there were communication problems. The first day, I was in one room, and then they had to move me to another, and this room was on a military base. Lily was extremely harsh; there was no shower gel, no amenities, it was practically an empty room with three beds, even though I was alone. So, in any case, I was still able to sleep and have a roof over my head, but it was very disorganized, and the owner wasn't very friendly.」

「The place was ok & the fishing village was wonderful. The host invited me to share some dinners with his family & I thought that they were being kind, but in the end he said that I owed him money for the food. I wound up trading him for the two nights that I had paid for, but wasn’t there. I had to stay in Danang the 1st night because the speed boat to & from the island only goes in the early morn & I had to leave a day early because of a storm coming & no boat running. When I booked through...

「clean and quiet room, nice service, delicious food, easy to get anywhere outside by Grab」

「Nice hotel which very comfortable. But a bit far away from the ancient city Hoi An so i have to take a taxi to there every time.」

「Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...

「We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Saga Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with—everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The accommodation was amazing, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and serviced every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend the Saga Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable,...

「Room is big and neat. Staffs are nice.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Melia Danang - the facilities, breakfast, and room were all excellent, and most staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived after a long motorbike journey from Hue with a hired driver. Instead of being welcomed, staff just come straight to me deliver told he shouldn't stop there, without even greeting me as a guest. Not sure is there a protocol no food delivery bike at the front but hey it should depends...
