“It's very good hotel and have a beautiful beach view”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, minor marks on the door but nothing major. I loved the way the room looked. There were so many places in walking distance which was very convenient. We made use of the game room and pool. Was a very nice place”

“Great location. Quiet rooms close to all the Broadway amenities and activities and less than 10 minutes from the ocean. Room was extremely comfortable and staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was clean and very nice with a large refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. There were utensils and plates, cups, etc. Even though it is listed as a beach view, it is not directly on the beach. Having a balcony is nice, but if you want to really see the ocean, you need to get on the top floor. However, beach access is an easy walk across the street and a small parking lot. Worth it for the lovely room and price. Also, there is no elevator, so be prepared for steps on floors two……

“Staff were good, but coffee and breakfast was cold. Room was clean, but Tile in our bathroom was old and cracked . Grout was black”

“Absolutely loved the property and it was convenient to anywhere you wanted to go”

“The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. All that said, it was still comfortable, and we had a great time! I do think……

“The room was ok but the amenities half worked the stove didn't work facets in the bathroom sink the water comes out full blast and the shower trinkled water slowly. We had to wash at the sink. The furniture was uncomfortable ripped and sitting on a 2x4 plank. The beds the worst. The only thing was good was the view from the balcony. Room 305 DON'T DO IT!”

“Room patio door was not closing properly and we had to hear a lot loud noise from outside all the night. Hotel did not offer any concession as well after complaining.”

“I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again.”

“Do not stay in the rooms on the bottom floor, we were next to the staff laundry area, the staff was very noisy from 7am to midnight, we had to call front desk for towels several times to get some brought to us”

“Gross … only thing missing were roaches, the sheets had stains on them. I was so tired I just slept on top of the bed using a towel to lay on and another as a blanket. I couldn’t wait until the sun came up to leave.”
