“Location is what I went for and it was great. Also, wanted a separate living area for grandchildren and it worked out well. We live at South Padre Island in a beach condo and met my son’s family at a half way point. Overall, it worked out great. Wife says we will be back, so there’s your stamp of approval.”

“This condo was perfect for our (large) family's first trip to the gulf! There was plenty of room for sleeping, eating and just relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and snacks. Everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet surroundings. Being so close to the beach was one of our top reasons for choosing this condo. We would choose it again!”

“Everything was exactly as we could have expected. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. It’s located a short walk to the beach and includes a very nice pool. Very nice to also have a deck, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Check in at night was a little tricky (no knock on the property owner) as there is no obvious signage on the outside of the buildings. But overall we were very pleased and would stay here again if we’re in the area. ”

“Home was wonderful and cozy to stay at! Easy to get to, easy check in- the home was really nice and cozy and we slept like babies. Everything was clean; things were easy to find. Beds are comfy as well. Was nice for a night, an would be great for multiple nights- I’d come back anytime. We appreciate y’all!”

“My husband and I stayed 1 night with our 2 children. Some pros were the beach view, the condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed (pillows, extra blankets, towels, body wash and conditioner and other things for the kitchen that we didn’t use), the temp in the room was good, the pool was heated, and the host answered my questions fairly quickly. Some cons were that the hot tub was cold (maybe not on), the card scanner on the gate to the beach access was not working so we just had to……
