“Wonderful place to stay! Jean, the hostess, is an absolute delight. From the moment of our reservation she handled all of our needs and wishes with efficiency, warmth and charm. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the rooms, though older in vintage, are very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and quite quiet. The nearby village (short walk) is charming, with a variety of excellent dining options. All in all, Otters Green is one of the best accommodation values we have experience……

“We stayed at the Ropemaker for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its restaurant. We had a lovely king-size bed that was very comfortable. The room had a portable air conditioning unit that kept it very cool, which we appreciated. However, it is noisy at night. The outdoor bar area is super cute and has little cabanas that seat about 4 guests. We'll definitely stay here again.”

They helped us with parking and we found our room well stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation! They even brought our breakfast at our room so we could, continue on our travels quickly. Our room was quite large and very comfortable! ”
