「The place is very dated, could do with a little TLC. There is no lift to the upper rooms, had it stated this on the website, I would not have booked.
Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help. The room was clean but the plumbing very noisy! If you are at the front of the building, the road is very noisy, all through the night, especially if you sleep with the window open, with the hot...
