“If you’re a Christmas lover like myself, you’re gonna love the Inn at Christmas Place. Everywhere you look you will see Christmas decor that brings a huge smile to your face. Even places you wouldn’t expect are decorated. Each piece is classy and elegant and every floor is decorated differently. I brought my mom with me and she fell in love with the place just as much as I did. From the rooms, the free breakfast, the visit with Santa and Mrs.Claus, and the doormen, nothing has been left out to……

“The room was exceptionally clean, both pools were well used by my grandson as well as the hot tub. Comfortable bed. The staff checking in were very friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection. Only complaint was there was kureg coffee pods in the room but I couldn't find the pot but it was ok due to the fact there was coffee and juice in the lobby 24 hours a day. Located back behind the main drag so it was quiet.”

“Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.”

“I LOVE THIS HOTEL! It is in the most perfect location for a fabulous time at The Island without even having to get in your car. This hotel is beautiful and well planned out. I love the island vibe! It has a great roof top bar and pool that overlooks the fountain at the island. It smells great and is very welcoming! The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable! Cons: The shutters on the balcony doors let in way too much light... I felt like I was sleeping with the lights on.……

“Spacious king suite for 2. Newly decorated older building. But did not seem like a 90s hotel. The room was also a redecorated/remodeled unit, and the shower alone was well worth the cost of the room. I think ALL hotels should upgrade their small cramped tubs to this hotels 2 person cozy design. Will stay again.”
