"It is extremely convenient to be right there at UMass Amherst for proximity to tours and enjoy all the dining options! #1 Campus Dining in the U.S. is certainly accurate! It was great to immerse ourselves in the student atmosphere at this stage of college planning. The room was exceptionally clean and supplies were sufficient for our needs. The staff was always very helpful with questions. We'd be happy to stay again. The stay definitely enhanced the appeal of choosing this school as a top choice. If someone power washes the outside of the building, people will have a better perception, because the experience inside is phenomenal. Many people have mentioned this in reviews and I wonder why they don't do it. "

"We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again should we return to the area. Comfy beds, lots of pillows and simple white bedding. Loved the view of downtown from our windows. The artwork throughout was really a refreshingly unique way to decorate! Negatives we experienced - There was a barking dog a few doors down the hall but he stopped after approximately 30 minutes. Also when an adjacent room let their door swing shut, it caused our beds and headboards to bounce! Neither one of these would stop us from making reservations here again."
