The Seacoast Villa was within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Also, had a great view of the ocean. The location was close enough to travel to Charleston to visit part of the day and then back to enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed our time at this beach house. We had a few maintenance issues but the property management was very responsive and they were taken care of on the same day. I recommend and would stay there again.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ocean view was outstanding. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine on the patio and the beautiful beach was just a short walk away. The town center with its shops and numerous restaurants was within walking distance and Charleston was just a short drive away. It was the perfect spot for a short getaway.

Very much enjoyed my week long getaway to the Seacoast Villa 6 as everything was as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. I was even contacted, made aware of a local city issue outside of the owner's control, and amended to ensure I had the best possible experience. This is on the top of my list of places to revisit next year if able, and I would recommend to anyone! (already have). Great location to beach access, walking to distance to restaurants & pier as well.

We loved this place. It was so convenient to the beach and downtown Folly. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the water never got hot. It was warm, just not hot. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking SUV challenging in assigned slot. Master B/R Sink water pressure low and left sink fixture very loose. These are minor issues. We would reserve this unit again!! We enjoyed our stay and the view was fabulous.

Fantastic location, easy to get to the beach. Able to deliver groceries and pick up odds and ends from local market. Views were fantastic. Front closet has tons of beach toys, chairs and boogie boards

This particular unit has flawless beach views that span the full beach, making it the perfect destination for relaxation. Also, the Villas are both far enough (and close enough) to Center Street – making it easy to take full advantage of all that Folly has to offer. We plan to return to Folly (and this unit) often.

We've been staying at various places for years at Folly and this was by far the best yet as far as convenience to the beach and to town, the view, and amount of space you get for the price. With an elderly mom, the elevator was such a blessing! The condo was very comfortable and homey and I really hope we can book again for next year! I especially appreciated the check-out checklist system!
