Absolutely perfect location in a beautiful historic home. So easy and convenient to walk anywhere in the French Quarter and beyond. The private parking space was a bonus for when we rented a car on day 3.

We stayed 4 nights for a wedding and couldn’t have chosen a better location! The owners are very friendly and we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go! Wedding Trip

We were in Charleston for our daughter's wedding, and had a wonderful stay. The property was absolutely charming, and we loved that there is so much history associated with the property and area. It was great to meet Ruthie's wonderful parents, and I loved meeting Dottie and Evie! I will definitely try to book here next time we are in Charleston!

Beautiful property, loved the location!

Wonderful property and host! Within walking to all the key tourist spots and great restaurants. Loved the quaint l, beautiful driveway we returned to everyday. Host provided essentials like coffee and cream and extras like champagne for mimosa’s. Just awesome! Nice cool bedrooms in the heat of summer and comfy beds. Great for our two couples!

All you could ask for

Great location, convenient, private, parking, very clean and neat antique carriage house with updated interior. Exactly what we were looking for. My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. Everything about the property was perfect. It is a very charming property. They have everything that you need in this unit. The location is in the best possible spot. It is close to everything in the city. The owners mother Linda lives in the front house I had the pleasure of meeting her and her 2 dogs. She was simply delightful. We will definetly stay here again on our trips to Charleston.

Best place to stay in Charleston

The property couldn’t have been in a better location. We rented a car and used it once in four days. Everything was close by within walking distance. The kitchen house was darling and I am so glad the owner didn’t try to make too many changes to the historic architecture. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

Kitchen House is First-Rate!

The kitchen house provided very comfortable lodging, beautiful decor in a 1700's house, a stocked kitchen, private parking and yard area (surrounded by high wall), in a central location. Not to mention an owner/proprietor who responds quickly. What's not to like about this property?
