Great Space

We loved the space! It was just the right size for 2 people, and the location was great. We ended up driving to get to other parts of town because of the weather, but we could have walked otherwise. I also loved that there was easy parking, a restaurant across the street, and two coffee shops within walking distance

Met Every Need and Then Some....

We loved our stay. The pictures were precise and the property was in a fantastic location. We ate at Chubby Fish one night (it is a few blocks away) - excellent food and atmosphere. Be prepared to wait if you go.... there is a great little wine bar close by where you can wait for your table. Our walks to the more touristy areas were never more than 30 minutes, and usually had us going down King Street which is very entertaining in itself. The king bed is hotel comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. All around, a superb experience.

Perfect for Two

We booked this property for a long weekend trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. The property itself is a studio with galley kitchen and bathroom on the second floor. The three french doors along the bedroom side of the unit open out onto a balcony. The unit is exactly as pictured. It is clean and the decor is very cute. It is filled with natural light during the day but has darkening shades for when you want to sleep in. There is lots of seating and several spots to stow / throw your stuff. There is one off-street parking spot. Location-wise, there is an event venue next door with a palm tree and fairy light filled backyard. There is delicious Mexican food right across the street along with a cute little grocery store with beer, groceries, snacks, and gifts. We were within 1.5 miles of every attraction in Charleston on our list. We were able to walk everywhere. This spot is also right in the middle of University of Charleston, so the college kids abound. Our check-in email notice went to my junk folder, so check there if you aren't seeing your check-in details within a day or two of your trip. When I called about early check-in, I got excellent customer service and tips for a bag valet service that we ended up using to hold our luggage, since we arrived before check-in. Our only complaints were that the pillows were too fluffy for us, there wasn't any extra toilet paper provided, and there was a laundry steamer in the blow dryer bag. These were minor issues and were all easily remedied (we found flatter pillows in the closet, bought TP, and skipped the blow dryer), although I'm sure the concierge would have helped if we had asked for help with any of those. Overall, this was hands-down one of the best Vrbo's I've ever stayed in. If you are traveling with a party of two, I cannot recommend enough.

Stay Duvet

We were very pleased with the rental. The layout was perfect and it was well appointed. I appreciated the extra chairs and small tables around the room, and the wall of windows with an outdoor patio and chairs. The view of the trees and surrounding landscape was very pretty, especially at sunset! We would stay her again if we visit and definitely would commend others!

Felt Like a Beautiful Treehouse!

Such a wonderful spot! I could lay in bed with the French doors wide open and enjoy the sunshine, breeze and nature! I didn’t want to get up! Loved having a parking spot! We drove or used LIFT and got to everything very easily! Would love to return!

Spring Street Setting

The rental is within walking distance of King Street and just across the street from the Pink Cactus Restaurant, which served us well for an easy dinner on our first night.The studio was very quiet and met our needs. The king-sized bed was very comfy with crisp white bedding.I missed having a washing machine, and there isn't a dishwasher. We also had issues with the wi-fi. I guess if you are on honeymoon, you wouldn't notice!

Short stay in Charleston

The property was very cozy. It was clean and relatively quiet. Great location near King street, bars and restaurants. It was our first time in Charleston, what a great city. If you stay here don’t bring too much luggage. The apartment is on the third floor and no elevator.
