Comfortable stay, great location

Highly recommend. Excellent host, very responsive. Great location in uptown Charlotte. Comfortable and very clean apartment. We had a great stay!

So much better on this side

This side of the same building is much quieter. Washer worked, room was nicer. Still needs some TLC but not excessive. Worth staying here again

This property needs to upgrade its beds and furniture. Couch is like sitting on a park bench. The mattress is like my dear grandma bed. You get in it and sink. Towel bar was broken. Not even there. Hope you like walking. Because thats what you are going to do to get to the apartment

inflexible

1. was only given the street address. GPS would not lead me into parking area; just circled me around the block. No indication that this was a gated community with two unmarked entrances; no mention that this was the Kensington. One or two sentences in the write-up would have easily cleared up the confusion. 2. I had an accident with my car requiring it to be put in the shop. Renter was inflexible: would not give me another parking permit; would not allow us to stay a couple hours extra while waiting for car repairs to be completed. 3. Because of this, we incurred additional expenses for uber drivers, parking, etc. 4. Discussion of sound monitors, etc. made us feel like we were under surveillance. Will NOT stay here again!
