She was very warm and friendly:)) Morning buffet was wholesome, great healthy options for food. Hotel does an incredible job employing challenged people, truly commendable work for humanity. "So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. Beds are comfortable too... i will certainly stay here again if i need to be this side of the city. Very happy and will also explore more of this brand"
