"There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!"

"The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing."

"The property is a short walk away from Lake Erie and has all of the things that we needed. Kitchen, pull-out couch, good bathroom. It was very comfortable. The location is also very good and was very easy to find. Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and was very easy to work with. We booked this for the eclipse very far out in advance (16 months) and there was never any issue. I recommend this property and Kyle whole-heartedly. "We’ve been visiting Chautauqua for years and this was by far our best trip yet. The chalet was beautiful and very well stocked with all the essentials and then some!!
