"There was NO parking in the Kahler ramp, both of us are handicap & had to park 2 blocks away & paid $12.00 for overnite ...refrig & microwave DIDNOT work... the 1 queen bed mattress was so broken down you rolled off the edge if you layed too close to edge..."

"The hotel is great and cleanliness was better than most 5* hotels. The hotel location for the Mayo Clinic is perfect. The only disappointment was the parking! The parking ramp was full and we had to carry our luggage from where we parked to a block away from the hotel. Understandable due to the major construction issues. I recommend staying there for appointment convenience. I’ve stayed there often throughout the years and haven’t been disappointed. The staff is amazing"

"We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no."

"The price was more in line with my needs I only needed a place to sleep while my wife was in the hospital. I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was quite acceptable. I had no need for pool, hot tub, laundry, etc."

"Linens nice and clean and room was quiet but pieces missing from the walls or not painted properly, old light covers and fan not painted with new colors. Dirt around edges of floor and walls, old tub enclosure. No light came on in the room when closest switch to door was flipped. It did have fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Good thing because breakfast was junk food."

"Property was clean. The morning staff was friendly and a good variety breakfast. The evening staff was hard to work with and unkind. The parking is a problem as we were told one thing and then rudely told another. Which left no room for parking or cars and no staff that was willing to help us. We're also told that other people checked in on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and needed multiple spots for their cars so they sold them parking passes even though there is not enough room in the parking lot for one room per car when the hotel is fully booked, which it was. I also had the light in my bathroom start raining on the last night of my stay which is in electricity and water problem so I would not allow my children to take showers in there. Although they had been dancing all day at a dance competition they were unable to shower and the front desk had no help or solutions as the hotel was fully booked. Very frustrated with our stay."
