“Location is very peaceful and serene. Views from screened in porch were amazing.. loved having morning coffee and watching evening sunset. Waterfalls by property a definite bonus! Very soothing to listen to the water. Only a few suggestions for host. Maybe a cozy rug in front of couch for our fur babies to be comfy..another tv in the bedroom for sure and possibly sweep house clear of cobwebs when you enter front doors and through out home before tenant arrives especially if home been unoccupied……

“The house was just as advertised. Amazing location! The owners were fantastic. There is so much to do at the house (kayaking, fishing, or just relax on the deck which goes out on the lake. The area is very quiet and there is plenty of wildlife. This house is perfect for families who want to relax or have young children. The owners reached out to me several times making sure everything was OK. The house has everything you need, even for families who want to bring their pets with them. I highly……

“House is great. Pet-friendly which is nice. Three floors with rooms allows separation if you’re in a large group. Plenty of bathrooms and common space.”

“Wonderful home, clean and well maintained. Nice little extras like phone chargers. Check in was easy, host was communicative. The lake was low this time of year so fishing off the dock didn't work out, but we found great fishing at a local park. We did enjoy the peace and quiet in the cove. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better stay. ”

“Nice house outside of Charlotte. The house is located far enough away from the city that you are not surrounded by the busy city lifestyle, yet close enough you can drive into the city whenever you wanted. Overall, I would stay at this house again if we go back to Charlotte.”
