"The room was very modern. I loved it. the water pressure in the sink was weak. The green flashing light of the carbon monoxide kept waking me up. The wait staff at bfast was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants around the area were great. The weather was not conducive to go on a boat ride but that would have been great."

"Gmthw hotel is ar a great location. Ive stayed here many times, however this time there some misses. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. Funny i was given a room rught next to the elevator, the room was smelly and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had ti find an employee ti ask them to spray the room and get some soap. The guy was very nice, he said give me a minute, ill be right there. Meanwhile i called the front desk abd informed the clerk that my room was right...

"Beautiful hotel, great location, Starbucks in the lobby. Gorgeous room and bathroom. Only complaint is the air system. They have a very loud air system running all the time in the ceiling. Turning the fan off helped but could still hear it quite loud in the walls. To the point of hearing it over the tv/ needing ear plugs to sleep. Not sure why they need that / perhaps it doesn’t work right. Maybe it was just near our room. Everything else was great."

"Property was fine. Greeted at the door and that was nice. Checked in but was told nothing of amenities...at all. I had questions of if there was a breakfast or dinner or gym or pool or anything...and I was told nothing about anything...thought that was strange. Room was small but nice. TV remote didn't work well and I didn't receive any towels for the second night of stay...had to ask for them. Overall, i would still give it one last chance...maybe it was an "off-day" or "weekend".... but I...

"Our flight unexpectedly got rerouted to Baltimore and needed a room for the night near BWI. We were able to book online and have a shuttle for us within 15 mins. The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Thank you!! "
