「Ski lifts would be easily accessible when the carpet is operating. If not the lift is an uphill walk approx. 250 yards. Unfortunately it was not running through the week when we were there. Other than that the place fit our basic needs.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Mt Snow. Condo was great, with the exception being the fireplace was not operational as described in the listing. The responsiveness of vacasa was also not good. I sent a msg the day before arrival asking where we could get the firewood, as some previous reviewers called out that it was located outside the unit with a code. The vacasa representative responded almost 2 days later saying wood was located outside. They didn’t provide a code, nor did they obviously know...

「Our stay was in July. Rooms were clean and bright and size was adequate .Neighborhood was quiet.The temperature was 88 degrees and we had to ask for an air conditioner to be installed, even though it was advertised as having air conditioning. The custodian for the company was quickly responsive. The town is VERY small, so go to Ludlow for restaurants and shops- just 10 min away. Was adequate for our needs as we were visiting family.」
