“Amazing and super friendly staff”

“Staff were very helpful but team weee over run when golfing group arrived and dinner service was slow and confused. It was not clear about the additional charges for the spa, or the large range of prices offered depending on time of day. Again the staff were helpful but I was surprised at the choice of a male cleaner in the female changing rooms at the start of the session …. Again not a reflection of the staff. The spa had seen better days, hot tub was ice cold and sauna wasn’t working. The……

“The didn't reserved the room to me even I'd fully paid & confirmed by Hotels.com. The receptist is very impolite and just asked me to go to anther hotel which need 15 min driving time.”

“quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”
