The lounge and dinning area are situated on the 1st floor offering stunning views over Chester Race Course. The lounge includes a 3 seater Heals sofa bed which can comfortably sleep two people, the dinning area includes a large table and chairs which can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the king size Loaf bed comes complete with orthopaedic mattress for maximum comfort, there is also plenty of space for clothes storage with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
The ground floor features a new fitted kitchen complete with integrated appliances, a secondary entrance provides convenient access onto the parking courtyard to the rear of the property. The ground floor also includes a second bedroom and large shower room.
