「The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!」

「It’s seen its best day a while ago. Basic necessities for an overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again.」

「Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

「The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may...

「Personale gentile, struttura ottima」

「We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!」
