"We were definitely impressed by this new cabin in butte meadows. It is close to the creek for swimming and fishing. Also the local bar and the mercantile is just a rock throw away from this cabin. It was me and my wife and two kids 7 and 3 years old. They had their own twin over full bunk bed which they were really excited about. They loved watching the squirrels and birds outside from the bedroom window in the morning. This cabin is newly built and everything is really nice inside and out....

"Super cozy cabin and lovely location. I had a great time and wish I could have spent more time there. The wifi worked fine, and it was not a serious issue for me but it’s important to know that AT&T (at least for me) does not have cell reception there."

"Our group had an excellent stay! Everything was just as described. We enjoyed the hammocks in the backyard, the large selection of games and puzzles, the variety of room setups, and if we hadn’t been so tired from our travels, I’m sure the fire pit was amazing! If you have a baby that is mobile, the stairs are a bit treacherous. I wish we had brought a baby gate but didn’t expect one to be provided. Would definitely stay again!"

"Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

"1951 log home with huge fireplace, woodstove, hot tub and sauna. Beautiful views. Great location near Lassen Volcanic National Park. Remember to gas up and bring food. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off...

"The water features are all around. Hot tub, pool, and fountains. Lovely hosts and K9's. We had such a wonderful time! The cottage is charming inside and out. Everything you need and cute as can be. Plus a perfect porch. We were here for an event but would come just to hang out. Not one to gush most of the time, I could go on and on about this property. We simply loved it! Greg & Loreen"

"This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group."
