Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa
Hotel is far away from the city centre but there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the station.Only one staff member was professional and kind to help at any time her name is Tomom Nagasava. Breakfast and dinner were the same but tasty . The onsen on the 3rd floor was clean.
