"Housekeeping was great. The room was awesome on the 20th floor where we could see Canton Tower in the distance. The breakfast was superb. It was crowded, but the hotel staff cross functioned at peak times to keep good available and provide service. Everyone from the manager to the table cleaners helped make it a great experience!"

"Upon checking out, the reception staff has demanded I pay for my stay when I already made full prepayment to Expedia as he said there is no payment done. According to Expedia, they tried to contact the hotel to clarify but unable to get them. Despite this, Expedia still refunded me the amount I paid to Expedia which is still about Sgd20 shortfall from the amount I paid to the hotel due to foreign exchange differences. Thanks to Expedia for sorting out the refund promptly. For the hotel, I would not recommend to stay as there is no after service and the double payment issue is an unpleasant and troublesome experience."

"Room was spacious and clean, the hotel is clean and staff were all great save for the 1st lady who served us at the front desk who may need more training but the rest more than made up for it with their friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy. A couple of hygiene factors to highlight. Their toilet bowls clog very easily "

"Worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life!!! First they lied on the app saying it's this specific distance away from important sites. The hotel is literally just one floor out a huge building that caused the elevator to take so long to come. Nobody spoke English so it was very hard to communicate with the staff The breakfast options was so small and limited and if you go 1 hour after the border start almost everything is finished l. The worst thing is I saw a rat running by and enter one of the rooms on my first day "
