"Beautiful, amazing location, very clean, helpful staff, only negative was I was unable to purchase water after hours on site, had to make a quick walk to 7-Eleven. "

"Room was clean, I loved that it had robes, amazing view, and couldn’t hear much noise from other rooms. One thing I will say was that it smelled humid when we arrived nothing too crazy."

"Booked a room with a city view. Got a room with frosted glass. Booked a room with a bathtub and asked for tooth brushes, bathtub did not hold water. The roof top bar where you can redeem your drink cards had a special scene that made it closed. The manager there next day because there was no manager in duty that night said he knew nothing about it, my guest got stuck on the elevator and the fire department had to pry open the doors after almost two hours being stuck. The response from the manager, we were charged the kids that caused the problem sorry. We could possibly give you half credit back. They are also holding my deposit until April 4th. Tomorrow is a business day. I would never recommended this hotel and I want to know where the management was along with the amenities I paid for that we didn’t receive!?"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Sonesta! The view was beautiful and really made our experience even more special. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they allowed us to leave our baggage even after we checked out, so we could still roam around the city and enjoy our scheduled boat tour without any hassle. It made our trip so much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Supposedly 84 degree heated pool was ice cold. When we reported this, staff said someone would follow up with us to offer points for future stays. Not that I want to stay there in the future, but I was not contacted. The decor is cheap and run down. The restaurant was poorly staffed by hard working and friendly people. Great location."
