「I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient; this is the only reason I prefer this location over downtown. I also really loved the new amenities—both the on-site restaurant and the fitness center are excellent additions and well worth checking out. 「Convenient location to Wrigley and surrounding bars/restaurants. Not having staff was inconvenient as it’s unclear how to get in to the building as it’s locked. Only saw one worker who was managing everything on a Cubs game day. Would stay again knowing what I do now but as a first timer it was challenging and not like most hotel experiences.」
