"The breakfast entailed waffles and muffins apples and oranges and juice and boiled eggs. Yogurt would have been nice. All very clean. Our night front desk gentleman, Hichem was just a treasure. So accomodating and welcoming! Great customer service. "

"Great hotel, staff and cleanliness. Wasn’t any silverware or sporks so if you order take out make sure you’re prepared. Excellent dual shower heads, fireplace etc. not sure about AC as we only found the heater but it’s nice to sleep with the sliding door open to hear the waves. Will definitely return."

"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"
