“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“Had blood on my cover in the room I was staying in , room 1712, had to find housekeeping to get service corrected. Took pic of”

“The location is really nice. Considering the value, the property is not doing good. I stayed for a week, and I only requested service once. Only needed towels, but I thought they will at least clean the room and vacuum and wipe surface and such. Was really disappointed.”

“The staff told me they could not accommodate my 5th guest even though I had paid for the fifth guest / even on the Monday 6th following the holiday which was not busy at all they could not switch me to another room to provide a room with a sofa be for my 5fth guest”

“Looked historic, some fixtures were loose, no air conditioning for our 2 night stay. Not ideal for 90°+ weather”

“Definitely thought it was going to be bad but was happily surprised. The room was really clean and bath. No weird smells. AC was amazing. Staff was direct and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot close to the pier and food spots.”

“Unfortunately, the hotel room was close to disgusting. I had to ask for a cleaning spray so I can clean the table and the microwave, which was smelly and disgusting. The floors were covered by a layer of dirt. I realized this after I spilled some juice on the floor, and when I cleaned it, the paper towels were absolutely dirty and nasty. Unfortunately, I was on a bit of a hurry, so I found this property last minute. But had I known that the people that stay there were, wow… I felt unsafe. Not……

“Hice una reserva y cuando llegué al hotel me cobraron $50 aparte del pago que hice por la reserva y luego me dijeron que hasta cinco días me iban a devolver los $50 y hasta el día de hoy aún no aparecen en mi cuenta en la cama, había una gran mancha de sangre. Las puertas no sirven. Los seguros habían cabellos de personas y el baño estaba un poco sucio, las toallas de baño, estaban sucias. reclamé por la mancha de sangre en la cama. Simplemente me respondieron que no es problema del hotel, sino……

“Staff was virtual. Room had its faults as any hotel room does. Shower was good and had hot water. Sink didnt drain. Fridge worked but had seen better days. Bed was comfortable but woke up to a few bites on my arm so may have had bedbugs. If it was closest to where I was and needed a room I'd probably stay again.”

“The staff was great ! The rooms were ok! Toilet kept clogging . The elevator and the second floor was very strong of bug spray . Kinda gave me a headache ! The pool area could def use some updating ! It was very cloudy the whole time . The breakfast wasn’t bad . The price they charge it could def use some updating . But other than that it was an ok stay .”

“Room is dirty, smells weed everywhere. All night the smoke detector was beeping. Towels with large stains. Horrible…..”
