“A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. My wife……

“Great location, friendly house keeper .”

“Next to duomo, close to osteitis/restaurant and is very convenient ”

“Great hotel. The modern Gioconda painting and vibe are quirky and fun. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Amazing location. In the centre of everything. Our room was a good size and very clean. Loved the breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose The Frame Hotel again for my next trip to Florence.”

“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”

“Awesome location. Surprise 56 stairs to our room. Sweetest owner came out and assisted with our bags. Only steps from all the great shops and train station.”

“👍”

“It is my second visit to this hotel within one year, its location is fantastic. Staff are friendly and professional.”

“Very comfortable hotel.”

“Enjoyed our stay @ this property. Excellent location in Florence, surrounded by wonderful eateries, very walkable… beautiful views for the outdoor space. Highly recommend. Hosts were very helpful at check in, check out & during our stay providing us with directions and suggestions to restaurants. Thank you.”
