"We have been staying at this location for the last 18 years, and it recently changed hands. They have done some nice upgrades but it's a work in progress. The lower scores in some areas were offset by the reasonable cost....and the fact that the A/C was great on a very hot night!"

"We wanted to visit the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP and found Cedar Creek Lodging to be a convenient location. We booked a Tiny House unit and didn't know what to expect except it's going to be a small place. To our pleasant surprise the Tiny house was cozy and has nice pine wood finish inside. Modern LED lighting. Microwave oven, fridge, shower, toilet, and a tiny sink next to the shower. The WiFi is a little spotty couldn't get good connection to Internet."

"The first room the clerk assigned us had A/c that would not come on and the toilet seat was laying on the floor in the bathroom. He assigned us another room quickly and everything functioned t in the new room."

"Sitting on the back porch and watching the sunrise every morning, while the deer and prairie dogs go about their business, was incredibly peaceful. There were some flies to be dealt with upon arrival, and the bed was... Not great, but aside from that, you are getting exactly as it seems. A very quiet, secluded, peaceful space with not just an incredible view, but an environment that is alive."

"This is a great place! Cozy and secluded. Clean and quiet. Close to town and local attractions. We were four adult men on a motorcycle vacation. We used it as our home base and made excursions from here. That brings me to why I gave it only a four star rating on description. Entering or exiting the property on big, heavy, touring bikes is pretty sketchy due to a very deep layer of rock on the driveway. Other than that, this is an ideal property for a Colorado vacation. "
