“Convenient location to our venue. Across the street from Cincinnati reds Stadium down the street from Bengals stadium. Location close to the Ohio River. Valet service was great. Check in fast and courteous. In the Room- it appeared to be clean. Coffee/Tea machine was on a shelf sat over 5 feet high and could not be moved lower to where it was plugged in and not able to access plug. I d consider that a safety hazard since it is hot liquid. “It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. “We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom.
