“The hotel was very clean and staff nice. The breakfast was good as well.”

“Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. Also adults received 3 free drinks a night and they have a standard sized soda dispenser! I do feel they should extend hot tub hours, open it around 7am and close at 11:30-midnight as many who stay here are doing sports events or hitting up Kings Island. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub after a long park day since it was open same as……
