“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Staff was all wonderful and extremely nice to me and my wife. Very helpful with information about how to get around the city easier. Breakfast at the restaurant was great as well. Hotel and room were both clean. The only complaint was the bed wasn’t very comfortable to us.”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“There was terrible smell from AC unit, and it didn’t feel clean as well. We wouldn’t book that again. Price doesn’t match with quality and the room.”
