「Everything was fine. Here is room for improvement. They text you from a US #. If you reply, you get charged heavily if it’s not part of your cellular plan. Very odd to me that they do that. They only put up Christmas decorations December 4th which seems late to me. TV quality isn’t great and stations are limited. Great kitchen lady. 」

「Overall is pretty good. Nice paintings everywhere. Good location to visit scenes by walk. The only disadvantage that you might hear sounds from your neighbors. I love this place and hope will have chaclnce to be here again.」

「We are so grateful for the kindness shown by staff at this location. Our flight out of Ottawa was canceled, so needed to book a last minute stay. The staff offered help in several ways allowing us to return our rental car on time and get to the airport in time for our flight the next day - in addition to a comfortable stay. 」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」
