「Amazing position and views of the Tyne and the coast. We paid a little extra for sea views and spent hours enjoying them from our room. Very comfortable room and bed. Great choice at breakfast and evening meals offered good choice, quality and value. Staff very friendly and welcoming - we would love to return.」

「There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery. This is a shame, because everything else was Great.」

「This has to be one of the best hotels in Newcastle, it was so clean and fairly quiet at night offering a good nights sleep, bed was comfy and absolutely HUGEEE, staff were lovely with easy check-in and the quayside (river) view from the window was lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others.」
