“I've never left a bad review before this but I would strongly advise NOT staying here. Upon arrival there was a very strong chemical smell which continued even after opening doors and windows. We left for dinner and noticed both of us were coughing which we thought was odd. When we returned and tried to sleep and the coughing became really bad and we were even noticing some discomfort taking deep breaths. At 5:30am we could not take it any longer and had to inconvenience a friend to come to……

“It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues.”

“We had a great experience. Qi was very helpful and kind. The place was in a wonderful location with lots to do in walking distance, we didn’t drive all weekend! The only thing was I wish the tv was in the bedroom, but it was okay, it gave us an opportunity to not be on our screens. Would 10/10 come back and recommend! Thanks Qi!!”

“I enjoyed my stay, I do feel that the check in could be a little easier to do. Only because I booked via Expedia it made it more difficult for me because I was using my individual email and was supposed to use the email Expedia provided. Also the place could really use a deep cleaning. Baseboards were full of dust and hair. Coach had pet hair on it, at one point I dropped my hat on the floor and picked it up to see nothing but white pet hair on it. So yes definitely maybe better cleaning people.”

“Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over……

“Nice apartment in great location. Building is a little rough but the apartment was good, not perfect. We had quite a few questions but management was responsive. There was a problem with wifi (no power for access point) and TV (no connections) as well as other minor blemishes, but those are probably anomolies for an otherwise nice stay”
