「Auto check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop from the airport. 「Easy access from airport and train station. The staff is really nice and helpful. The bus stop near the porta nuova takes you to any place of Bergamo. Actually you feel like staying at a economy hotel rather than a hostel, which is the best part of it.」

Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa.
