"Comfortable, clean room & great service. Excellent experience in gold lounge. Very disappointed that we were not informed until arrival that the pool was closed. No fridge available in room, as it was filled with minibar items & automatic charges if anything was removed for our own use. "

Room was compact but functional with all necessary amenities
They have a focus on being eco friendly which is good!
Location is also quite good especially for getting public transport - bus stop at the end of the road and MRT station 2 minutes away
Its also in walking distance to lots of places and also has plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby as well as the Fortune Centre which is filled with food vendors
Want to give a special mention to the staff who very kindly prepared a little gift for me for my birthday - thank you!"

"The perfect location, next to 3 malls, 2 MRT stations, buses, and easy citylink underpass. Walking right behind leads you to a hawker centre and Marina Bay. The rooms were beautiful, a great size with a small balcony, lovely view. The staff at Park Royal from the moment we arrived were so incredibly friendly and helpful, and continued to be during our stay. This was our first visit to Singapore and we will definitely stay here again! I can't speak highly enough of this hotel and location. The pool and 24hr gym are great amenities for the slower days."
