“Staff was very nice and helpful”

“Convenient location for the attraction we were going to see. Our room was in poor condition. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was loose and leaking. You could see where they tried sealing it because of the multiple layers around the toilet along with mold. I had to clean the toilet before using it. The floor was sticky so we had to wear our shoes throughout the room (no carpet). There was a nasty black ring around the tub so I couldn’t shower or wouldn’t rather. The door had someone’s……

“The room was clean and really no issues. The continental breakfast was at best okay.”

“This hotel was very dirty, not taken care of, and unsanitary. The pictures that were advertised were not accurate at all. We looked at the room and left immediately as well as other families that were in the lobby. I would not advertise for or endorse this hotel!!”

“A nice budget friendly place to lay your head. Family that bought it this year (2026) are very friendly. Older hotel visually but very clean and well maintained. I would stay again.”

I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. ”

“The owners of this Boatel have clearly taken great pains to think of everything you might need for your stay. They are very helpful and communicative which was very appreciated. My girls had never been on this type of boat before and had a blast. There is plenty to do in the area and we found this to be a great landing spot for hiking in the state park or shopping in Bellevue or Savannah. ”
