「The house was as listed. The house kitchen was not clean. There were bug droppings in the silverware drawer. We had to wash all dishes and the coffeepot before use. Every windowsill had dead bugs, spider webs and bug droppings. The beds and bathrooms were clean. If I would have had a small child they would not have been allowed on the floor until mopped. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. 」
