"This house was just perfect for my family. It’s right in the thick of the beautiful historic homes of downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to most all of the sites of our interest and the accommodations were perfect for us. The house itself is old (obviously). It has some places throughout that could use some restoration, but nothing significant and certainly add to the charm. It’s filled with gorgeous antiques and all the modern trappings we all love. "The cottage was perfect! Very tastefully remodeled up and down. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with an air fryer, panini press and everything else you could think of. It was a 1/4 of a mile to Forsythe Park. One block to Kroger and around the corner from a great coffee shop. It worked well for us. The off-street parking was nice, but you could easily get by without a car. I would highly recommend."

The neighborhood is quaint and a few miles from the beach or downtown, but a quick golf cart ride to everything. "It's a nice clean rental with modern appliances and it is well equipped. Convenient location. The only downside is that there really isn't anywhere convenient to park to unload luggage and stuff. The parking is way around to the side and you either have to bring everything through the yard (no path) or around to the front of the house. And since the "back door" is a sliding glass door you pretty much have to go all the way around to the front with all your stuff or go through a muddy back yard...

"This property is exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious too! They are located right across from Forsythe park. We parked the car in the garage and didn't move it until we left Savannah. Pretty much everything we wanted to do and see was walkable. We did walk a lot of miles! Be aware the garage is very tight for SUVs. The only recommendation to the owners, it would be nice if wash cloths were provided. Overall, we loved this unit and if we come back to Savannah...

"Really loved the comfort of the unit as well as cleanliness, ease of checkin and location. Only complaint would be the paper thin walls being able to hear all surrounding units conversations. Would not deter me from staying again just be aware if you are a very light sleeper! "

"Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly.
