“We had a 1 bedroom cottage and it was perfect for 2 people. If 4 people were to stay in their 2 bedroom cottage, which happen to view, the 2 bedroom cottage appears to only have a 3/4 bath downstairs and only a wash bowl upstairs. Without having a second toilet upstairs, that could be an inconvience for 4 people. Otherwise, everything was very good.”

“This was a really cool place to stay! The marina was on one side, the ocean on the other. The state park was right next door too. Our corner room was very comfy and roomy. You could walk the docks and hear the sea lions and see the seals swimming right off our room. Bennet's restaurant across the street had really great food. The hotel also had a little cafe where we got coffee and muffins in the morning. We would come back to this part of the country just to stay and play here again!”

“Staff needs better communication with customers. Didn't get my entry code until 1 hour before I was suppose to check in. Was in limbo. The staff needs to take a class on public speaking. Very lackadaiscal on the staff, please try harder!!!”

“Our cabin was super clean and cozy, not fancy, in the best way, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was probably my favorite part. What really stood out though was how kind and genuine everyone was. The staff even found our wallet, alerted us via text and dropped it in the mail to us before we even arrived home. You don’t always get that, and it made the whole stay feel more personal. This place has such a peaceful, laid‑back vibe. If……

“Very clean and tidy. They have made the most out of smaller spaces. The kitchen was supplied with a mini fridge and microwave along with an in-counter single burner stove. Also having pots and pans and silverware. Very comfortable setting.”

Our room and the hotel lobby appeared to have been tastefully updated, the ocean-view balcony was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed playing the mini-golf. “I was surprised that a hotel in Ocean Shores wouldn’t have been nicer, but it wasn’t well maintained. The pool and hot tub looked awful because paint was peeling and not repaired. The linens were thin and everything was aged by a lot. The stay was adequate I suppose. The staff was great!”

“We had to get FOUR spiders out of our room. Not sure if it’s just the season here but we’ve never had that issue at any other hotel we’ve stayed at before.”
