Great stay!

The room was very clean and cozy. TV had all apps access. Only complaint was our loud neighbors that got in a fight at 2am until 3am. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable

A Great Coco Beach place to stay

The Juni was absolutely perfect for our 3day stay in Coco Beach. It’s just a short walk to the downtown and even shorter to the beach. Super clean place to stay & we used the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach.

A wonderful getaway

Perfect location, great price very clean little place in Cocoa Beach! Had the best time celebrating my 51st Birthday. Would highly recommend this place!

Great getaway to Cocoa Beach

The property was super cute! Very clean, decor was fabulous and proximity to beach was perfect! We appreciated use of nice beach chairs and wagon for transport. We would definitely rent again!!!

Great location quiet and relaxing

Great location just a few blocks to the beach - which we had pretty much to ourselves! Very quiet. Quick drive to Kennedy Space Center. We watched a SpaceX night launch from the boat ramp parking lot next to the Cape Canaveral port. The efficiency unit is roomy enough and nicely decorated - darling retro microwave and mini fridge. The kitchen has adequate supplies - we used the hot plate to cook eggs in the morning.

The bad parts are the doors had trouble locking to the point we needed someone to fix the door latch because it kept getting stuck. There was one roach in the hotel, and the door didn’t shut all the way so you could hear noise outside during the duration of the stay. The good parts were overall it’s a quiet area and the communication between the owner is very fast.

Better Than the Listing

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs in the area and this one is outstanding. From the location to the unit itself, everything is on point. When they say they have everything you need, it's no joke - dish soap, new sponge, paper towels, toiletries... They even have the coffee pods and a selection of sweeteners for your morning coffee. No creamer, but just go to Publix and get what you like when you pick up your snacks. There was a technical glitch with the code, but my call was answered immediately and I got right in. The staff is accommodating on every level. Communication is very good. The efficiency is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised. It was also spotless! Bonus points for that. Bed is comfy, though a little on the firm side for my taste. I'll be back. This was really great. Thank you Juni!
