"The room is ok. Broken bathroom door and hook for the towels was also broken . Maintenance never came to fix. The air conditioning was great , the bed was comfortable , so was the location near the beach and Publix supermarket. The staff was very friendly."

"I loved this Cocoa Beach Hotel right on the lovely Sandy Beach. Loved the fact that washer and dryers were available for self use. Lovely swimming pool. Great restaurant next-door for lunch or dinner. Convenient to restaurants and supermarket. Made use of the refrigerator in our room. I will definitely return to this hotel in future travels. Love it!"

"I do not understand the need to have the main lobby entrance doors locked until 10am. Seems like those doors could be unlocked well before this, maybe 6am. Especially when there is a front desk attendee and breakfast staff in the immediate area at that time."

"We had a lovely 2 bedroom unit with a porch that overlooked the ocean. We could also see the lift off from the Space X rocket that launched on Saturday. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a kitchen where meals could have been prepared. There was also a restaurant attached that was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the master shower was nice. The pool was fun as well. The gentleman/securityguard, I think his name was Ken, who checked us in at 2 am was so very nice and helpful after a somewhat stressful day. There waz an issue with one elevator that was attended to immediately and repaired the same day. There are 2 elevators so it was only mildly inconvenient. All in all, it was a lovely stay. "
