“My room smelled fresh as soon as I opened the door, it was clean, including the lobby, breakfast area and outside. The overall staff was friendly and the front desk provided excellent customer service. They checked in on me after we arrived, gave a great recommendation for a local restaurant, Joanne’s, and allowed me to do a late, late checkout for a small fee since we had late flights. “The room was clean. Check in was very smooth. They had great food options. And the staff went far and beyond for me. I had accidentally left headphones my grandfather had given me there. I went on a 7 day cruise when I checked out. I called and they found the headphones and held them until I was back in town. Beyond appreciative. I would recommend the hotel and I will be back. ”
