Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk!

Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. I did not receive any VIP benefits such as a room upgrade or similar perks. Excelsior Hotel Ernst am Dom
We absolutely loved this hotel stay! Staff was wonderful. They treated our son like a prince! Close to train station, cathedral, shopping, and dining. Will stay here again for sure!
