"Everything was great and especially the staff!"

"The hotel was most accommodating, from check in to check out. Staff were super friendly and resourceful. The room was very comfortable, and quiet. Location is primo to old town and train station. We had excellent breakfasts at the hotel, wide selection of items, and staff were helpful with preparing my omelette and encouraged to take coffee to go. If our hotels for the rest of our journey through Europe are even close to the Cologne Hilton we will be very happy! "

"Very good location and just across the museum. Staff were very helpful. Only issue we had is the air conditioning as we had to open our windows during the evening to be able to sleep. It was spring so maybe they had to control the temperature."

"Very close to the Cathedral and train station within one block. In the middle of all of the restaurants and historic area. No staff really on site, a desk clerk for a few hours but nothing needed, the instructions are clear and they contacted me before our arrival. Our room was quite large with an upstairs loft! "

"Good location, 20 minutes walk to central train station and restaurants nearby. Quiet, warm and comfortable. Only downside was that when we arrived, no one was at reception. We tried messaging the reception's number but the reception does not have WhatsApp so we could only contact them through the Expedia messaging system. Receptionist arrived 5-minutes later."
