「Nice hotel with amazing views. Clean and hotel staff is nice. Getting in and out of the hotel is a pain. Too steep of a driveway. There are a few restaurants around. 」

「The best hotel stay I have ever had! It's hard to know where to begin The drive up to the property is a bit sketchy due to the unpaved road with lots of potholes. I drove a sedan and just had to take my time driving slowly and made it safely. The views of the lake are breathtaking from sun up to sundown. The property is sleek, clean, modern and comfortable. My room was quaint and had everything I needed. They even had hot water which is apparently uncommon for the area. I only stayed 1 day...

「I have to start by saying this hotel is stunning. The decor, the rooms, the views of the mountains. The extremely friendly staff. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay at. This hotel was just beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Me and my wife will be definitely be staying at Casa 1800 again!!! 「Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is centrally located, the restaurant was very good and the staff exceptional. The rooms are a little dated, they can use a microwave and a mini refrigerator. All in all is was a pleasant stay and if we had to the area again we would stay here.」

「Amazing hotel. Close to everything. Staff goes above and beyond to help. Needed a hair salon. Got an appointment right away and walked us to it. Made sure our stay was an amazing experience. Nice big rooms. Hotel has such charm. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Ataco. Plenty of stores and shops in walking distance. There is a lot of construction around the hotel But the staff helped us get around and park our car in a gated parking lot. Again the staff is amazing here. We don’t speak...

「This property was beautiful and the staff were beyond kind. It was nice to have eating options withing the compound, but there were also street vendors on the main road. Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise and clouds from their viewing area is a really wonderful experience. Definitely a great option if you're interested Santa Anna (plus close to the Santa Anna volcano). Definitely a must visit!!」

It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great.
